Accountability & Security

Conxnext is built on principles of transparency and accountability. Here's how we ensure complete visibility and security for every key access event.

Photo Verification

Every check-in and check-out requires photo proof. When returning keys, vendors must photograph each individual lockbox to provide visual confirmation that all keys have been returned to their proper locations. This creates an irrefutable record of key return events.

GPS Location Tracking

Every access event captures the vendor's GPS coordinates at the time of check-in or check-out. This ensures that key access is happening at the correct physical location and provides an additional layer of verification for property managers.

Timestamped Activity Logs

All check-in and check-out events are logged with precise timestamps. Property managers can view a complete audit trail showing who accessed which property, when they checked out keys, and when they returned them. This creates full accountability and helps resolve any disputes or questions about key access.

Complete Audit Trail

Every piece of information—vendor name, property address, photos, GPS coordinates, and timestamps—is permanently stored and accessible to property managers. This comprehensive record ensures that property managers always have visibility into their key access history and can quickly identify and address any issues.
